ORDERING
HOW DO I KNOW OF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. Didn’t receive it? Be sure to check your spam folder or feel free to reach out to us.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order with the tracking link provided in your shipment notification email. Didn’t receive it? Be sure to check your spam folder or feel free to reach out to us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, once you’ve received your item, you can easily return it within 14 days.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the one you’d prefer.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note, during peak periods processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and dispatched.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Please note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping.
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Spain.
- Netherlands: Orders placed before 4 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1 working day.
- Belgium: Delivery within 2–3 working days.
- France, Germany & Spain: Delivery within 3–5 working days.
Please note that during busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery, feel free to reach out to us.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €150.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your items. You may return your items for a refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
